Super Bowl blog post ideas

January 22, 2015

Notice anything different on the blog? 😉 Since I’m Seattle-based, I decided to change the blog blue and green until the Super Bowl, don’t worry it will be back to normal in February.

It has been so much fun to live in the city of a Super Bowl team. Every building is lit up blue and green. Signs have been changed to Seahawks colors. Flags are flying everywhere. If you go to the grocery store on a Friday, you’ll see everyone decked out in their Hawks gear.

Before I go any further, let’s still be friends, okay? Seahawks fan or not, I’m still here to help you with your blog! And, whether you’re a Patriots fan, Seahawks fan, or neither, the Super Bowl is an excellent time to increase traffic (and maybe make a little more money) on your blog!

Super Bowl Blog Post Ideas

I read an article on Dave Ramey’s blog that said it is estimated that Americans spent more than $1 billion dollars on food for the super bowl in 2012 (it’s an old article)

Here’s a few more lines from the article that I liked,

From the tickets to the ads to the halftime show to the parties, we lose our collective minds when it comes to spending money on the Super Bowl…  If Americans can do one thing well, it’s throw a big Super Bowl party.”

We all know that bloggers throw the best parties, so get some Super Bowl blog post up before February 1st! You can provide ideas, inspiration, and tips for the Super Bowl. I did a little keyword research to help you come up with ideas for Super Bowl related blog posts. Use these keywords as inspiration for posts, or use them in your titles of posts you already have ideas for.
